Tool inputs and files
Tools explicitly marked as browser-local process their working data on your device. Other surfaces disclose their execution model in the interface. Do not submit data or files you are not authorised to process.
Technical and security data
Hosting, delivery and security providers may process ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested URLs and security signals in order to deliver and protect the service.
Analytics
Pallas Business Tools uses privacy-bounded first-party telemetry and may use Google Analytics to understand traffic, product usage and performance. First-party acquisition telemetry records limited fields such as landing path, referrer host, selected campaign parameters, device class and coarse country code; it does not store full referrer URLs, uploaded files, tool inputs or generated output. Session identifiers are hashed before storage. Where consent is required, acquisition telemetry is recorded only after analytics consent, with an additional country-level server-side fail-closed check. Session-level first-party traffic records are retained for up to 35 days and hourly aggregate traffic metrics for up to 400 days.
Advertising and consent
Google AdSense may be used for advertising. The Google provider tag may load on the canonical production host under default-denied Consent Mode so the certified consent interface can operate. PBT-owned advertising placements remain separately governed by consent and monetization policy. Where European consent rules apply, Google Privacy & Messaging and IAB TCF signals govern the available advertising mode.
Messages and issue reports you send us
If you contact Pallas Ventures about Pallas Business Tools or submit an issue report, the information you provide is used to respond, diagnose the problem, operate the service and keep records that are reasonably necessary. Issue reports may also include the tool identifier, page path, release identifier, browser or device information, viewport size, language and timestamp. Reports are stored in the PBT private control-plane database with bounded retention. PBT does not automatically attach your uploaded files, tool inputs or generated output to a report.
Your choices and rights
The footer provides a Privacy and cookie settings control when either the Google consent interface or the analytics-only fallback choice is available, so applicable consent can be reviewed or withdrawn. Where the GDPR applies, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent.
Service providers
Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services and Google services may process data under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Pallas Business Tools does not sell personal data.
