Method & formula
Lower and upper modes use Unicode default casing. Title and identifier modes use Unicode word segmentation where available. Identifier modes extract word-like units before joining them with the requested convention.

Does this use locale-specific Turkish or Lithuanian casing?
No. The current contract uses Unicode default casing without locale tailoring so results are deterministic across users.
Does it upload my text?
No. Conversion runs locally in your browser.
