Method & formula
Visitors are reduced by affiliate click rate and merchant conversion rate. Referred sales are multiplied by commission. The optional target reverses the resulting revenue-per-visitor rate to estimate required traffic.
- Affiliate revenue = visitors x click rate x conversion rate x order value x commission
- Required visitors = target revenue / revenue per visitor
Example
100,000 visitors at 5% click rate, 3% merchant conversion, 80 order value and 8% commission produce 960 in modelled affiliate revenue.

Is this a forecast?
No. It is deterministic planning arithmetic based on the assumptions you enter. Actual commercial performance can differ.
Does the target mode predict future traffic?
No. It only reverses the entered rates to show the visitor volume mathematically required if those rates held.
