Method & formula

Subscribers are reduced by the entered open rate to estimate opens per send. Send frequency and ad slots create monthly ad impressions, which are valued at the entered CPM.

  • Monthly ad impressions = subscribers x open rate x sends per month x ad slots
  • Monthly revenue = ad impressions / 1,000 x CPM
Example

25,000 subscribers at a 40% open rate, four sends a month and a CPM of 35 produce 40,000 monthly ad impressions and 1,400 in modelled revenue.
